About PASG

Learn more about PASG Projects, our mission, and the expertise behind our structured approach to building remediation and project delivery.

A Clearer Path to Safer, Smarter Buildings

PASG Projects was founded in 2021 in response to the growing issue of defective and poorly constructed strata buildings across Australia. As more Australians invest in strata properties, many have found themselves facing significant building defects, leading to costly and stressful remediation works.

PASG was established to provide clear guidance and simplify the building remediation process for owners and residents. Its mission is to deliver a smarter, more transparent approach that reduces complexity, controls costs, and achieves long-term solutions.

The company is committed to easing the financial burden of remediation while ensuring the best possible project outcomes. It also provides ongoing communication support throughout each stage, ensuring clients remain informed and confident from start to finish.

A core strength of PASG Projects lies in its role as a completely independent, third-party project manager. This independence ensures:

In short, PASG Projects exists to make building remediation easier, fairer, and more transparent—giving Australians confidence in the places they call home.

Our Mission

To deliver structured, engineering-led remediation and project management services that resolve complex building defects with clarity, accountability and technical precision.

We are committed to protecting building assets, reducing risk for owners corporations and strata managers, and ensuring every project is delivered with transparency, discipline and measurable outcomes.

Our Vision

To be the trusted national leader in building remediation and project oversight, recognised for setting the benchmark in quality, governance and stakeholder confidence.

We aim to elevate industry standards by integrating engineering expertise with structured delivery systems that create long-term value and restore confidence in complex building projects.

Built on Clarity, Accountability and Long-Term Performance

We believe remediation should never be reactive, fragmented or uncertain. Complex building issues demand structure, technical accuracy and disciplined oversight.

Our philosophy is built on three core principles

Clarity

means identifying root causes, defining precise scopes of work and communicating in a way that stakeholders can confidently understand and act upon.

Accountability

means taking ownership from investigation through to final sign-off, ensuring there is no ambiguity in responsibility and no compromise in quality.

Long-Term Performance

means designing and managing solutions that protect building integrity, compliance and asset value well beyond project completion.

We approach every project with the mindset that we are safeguarding not just a structure, but the people, investments and communities connected to it.

Why Clients Choose Us Over Generic Providers

01 Single Point of Accountability

One experienced PASG project lead oversees your project from assessment through to completion, ensuring clear responsibility, consistent communication, and seamless coordination between all stakeholders.

Every recommendation is backed by technical expertise and practical engineering insight, ensuring remediation solutions address the root cause of defects rather than simply treating the symptoms.

We implement a structured tendering and procurement process to help secure the right contractors, achieve competitive pricing, and ensure all works align with project objectives and compliance requirements.

Our team remains actively involved throughout construction, monitoring quality, managing risks, and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with approved scopes, timelines, and standards.

Regular reporting, stakeholder updates, and transparent project documentation keep owners, committees, strata managers, and contractors informed at every stage of the project.

"Turning overwhelming challenges into real progress."

Matt & the team at PASG were exceptional. When a BWRO was issued on our building and the developer was liquidated, they broke down what seemed a monumental and overwhelming hurdle into simple smaller tasks, using common sense to tick of smaller items concurrent to preparing scopes for more significant items listed on the BWRO. It’s the first time we had seen real progress after spending lots of money on consultants and industry experts with no real gain. Well worth engaging these guys!!
